We drill primarily in and around Houston, TX. (150 mile radius). If you are out of our area, but bidding on a project here, call maybe we can help since we are located in Houston.

BUSINESS SUMMARY

Van & Sons was organized in 1980 as a sole proprietorship with four employees. In 1981, it was incorporated and now employs fifteen people. It began operations with two drilling rigs and now has six. We anticipate changes in the manner in which work will be performed with the acquisition of a new drilling rig which will allow us to drill faster and more efficiently.

Manager experience and continuity will proceed as it has for the past twenty years with no anticipated changes in management, only expertise in management to accommodate our anticipated growth. We do geotechnical and environmental drilling. Our work to date has been by our own personnel. Our plans for business activity for the next twelve months include continuation of services to present clients; solicitation of new clients; and continued growth and innovation in our field of expertise.
